Modern science has proven that everything is energy and that energy is vibration. With Saṅskṛt chanting, you can balance or raise the vibration in your environment by using mantras.
Saṅskṛt chanting (and reading!) is everywhere in Bhakti Marga. Be it during an event, forpūjā, prayers or study.
The term Saṁskṛta means ‘perfected’ or ‘accomplished’, indicating that it is a very orderly language in terms of grammar, symmetry and arrangement. It is considered the ancient language of Sanātana Dharma (eternal law) – the spiritual culture that is nowadays known as Hinduism – and in that context regarded as the language of the gods and of divine origin. As the Saṅskṛt language is very refined, it is very suitable to express spiritual context.
Today we see a growing interest in spirituality where seekers connect with and learn from Saṅskṛt scriptures like the Mahābhārata epic, the Bhagavad Gītā or the Upaṇiṣads.
From an academic point of view, the Sanskrit language is one of the oldest languages in the world, which went through an evolution itself. In addition to Greek and Latin, Sanskrit had great influence on the languages of the world.

PEACE IN THE CHAOS
'I'd been searching for many years for "something that was missing" in my life. I found it in Atma Kriya Yoga. It helped me connect to my heart and find peace in the chaos of my life as a single mother of three kids. And I can fit it in two minutes here and 10 minutes there throughout my day. Just those few moments each day have changed my life for the better.'
HEART OPENING
'Over 35 years, I learned 112 kriya techniques, but my heart never opened until I learned Atma Kriya Yoga...Atma Kriya Yoga is the only one that awakens love. It went right to my soul and helped me realise I could love everybody. I'd never received Shaktipat (decent of guru's grace) before...It was like my old computer had been given new software, and I was learning to live in a new paradigm.'
FOUNTAIN OF ETERNAL LOVE
'The practice opened up a deep fountain of eternal love and a profound peace that I’d been looking for. Through it, I came to realise that Atma Kriya Yoga is Bhagavan, God Himself. Over time, I came to experience that each breath is not my own, it is Him who is breathing. It is Him who is seeing. It is Him who is perceiving.'
SPEAKS TO GREATNESS
'Over the years, I’ve studied and researched many different Kriya lineages. While some masters–through their lineage–can give Shaktipat Initiation, Paramahamsa Vishwananda is the only one I know of who has ever been allowed to initiate hundreds of others to give Shaktipat. This speaks to the greatness of who He is, and what He is here to do.'
